All 3 services are included with a 3% service fee of the total monthly insurance collections.
Insurance Verification
Full Breakdown: $8/each - with a maximum of 20 ADA codes, including some preventative and diagnostic history.
Additional codes are: $.25/code
Re-verification: $3 - Eligibility check, including benefit maximum and deductible check.
Inactive benefit verification: $2
